Celebrating Our Corporate Champions: The 2025 Grow-a-Row High Fives!
At America’s Grow-a-Row (AGAR), we’re on a mission to get fresh, healthy produce into the hands of those who need it most. Honestly, we couldn’t deliver over 4 million pounds of fresh produce to people in need each year on our own. We depend on the generosity of corporations, foundations, and individuals who share our commitment, in and out of the field.
This year, we’re giving a big High Five to five corporate partners who went above and beyond in 2025. These companies didn’t just show up; they dug in, rolled up their sleeves, and made a lasting impact.
Each High Five honoree was nominated by an AGAR team member who saw firsthand how their contributions fueled our work. Now it’s time to give them the spotlight they deserve!
Meet the 2025 High Five Honorees!
Hunterdon Heroes – Our Hometown Champions
Celebrating a Hunterdon County business that’s been crucial to our success.
QuickChek first partnered with us in the middle of a global pandemic, when our harvest season was uncertain, showing up masked and socially distanced to bring hope to neighbors in need. That partnership has grown every year to include fundraisers, volunteers, and sponsorships. 2025 was an incredible year for our partnership. QuickChek hosted our most successful Pennies 4 Produce round-up campaign yet which supported over 325,000 servings of fresh, healthy produce for neighbors in need. They also chose to feature us as a co-beneficiary of their annual golf outing and brought added visibility to our work through a celebrity partnership with NY Giants outside linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux.
Jersey Heirloom – A Legacy of Giving
Honoring a company with deep New Jersey roots that’s stuck with us through the years.
Our team was thrilled to give Bayer this year’s Jersey Heirloom High Five. Bayer shows up in full force each season with hundreds of volunteers, and the Bayer Fund supports our farming operations in a meaningful way helping us grow more food and feed more people every year. Since 2014 the Bayer Fund has supported over 3 million pounds of fresh produce, and Bayer volunteers have helped us harvest nearly 400,000 pounds of fresh produce.
Fruitful Giving – Big Hearts, Big Impact
Recognizing a partner whose generosity has made a serious impact on our mission.
Prudential has been a committed partner in the fight against food insecurity for many years, joining us for some of our biggest harvests ever. Beyond their hands-on support in the field, Prudential funds our work and partners with us to find new ways to do more. In 2025, they named AGAR the beneficiary of their charity golf outing, introducing us to new partners and raising enough to support over 1,000,000 servings of fresh produce.
Harvest Helper – The Hardest Workers in the Field
For the folks who show up ready to sweat, giving 100% (or more) in the fields.
Performance Ortho joined our community of committed partners in 2025 and wasted no time diving in. After conversations with our team, they generously chose to close thier doors and fully commit to a day of service with their whole team. Their energy was unmatched and their hard work in the fields capped off with music and a team lunch once the job was done. We can’t wait to grow this new relationship for years to come.
Farm Fresh – New to the Crew, but Already All In
These partners may be new to AGAR, but they’ve hit the ground running.
When we connected with Campbell’s in 2024, we knew we wanted to work together to get more fresh food to the people of Camden. In 2025, we did just that. Campbells introduced us to the Full Futures program with Camden City Schools, giving us a new way to serve the community, and provided financial support for the food we sent. That fall, they brought out a group of youth leaders to tour our operations and harvest alongside us, a great chance to connect with bright young leaders who are destined to leave a positive impact on thier community.
A huge thank you to all our High Five honorees for your dedication, generosity, and hard work. Your support helps us get fresh, healthy food into the hands of those who need it most.
