Our Commitment to Sustainable Farming
America’s Grow-a-Row owns and operates four farms in Hunterdon County totaling over 423 acres that are part of New Jersey’s Farmland Preservation Program. Bee’ing all we can Bee.
In 2021, we implemented a bee pollination program utilizing 10 hives with a total of 100,000 bees to boost the production of our apple trees. In the first year, yields were up 115%. We now have 30 hives and at the peak of production we have 3M bees. This augments our sustainable farming practices as we are yielding more produce from the same acreage.
